My daughter completed the summer tutorial program with Mrs. Delgado.  She started the program in June at a reading level 6/D and by the end of July had progressed to level 14/H!

Before starting summer tutorials, I was struggling to get her (my daughter) to practice as she has severe reading difficulties (2 grade levels behind) and felt  super discouraged.  Luckily Mrs. Delgado was able to help her enjoy the tutorial time by using a variety of activities that helped keep her interest, fun goal incentives to reward/motivate Sophia to give high effort, and was very encouraging and kind which helped her feel okay with not being perfect at reading. 

I would definitely recommend this tutorial service if you have a struggling reader that is reluctant to practice and will be utilizing her again this summer to maintain gains made throughout this school year.
